Obituary of Alfred Price

Alfred Benjamin Price, 88, passed away Friday, December 7, 2007. He is remembered as a loving Husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather and caring friend to all who knew him. Alfred was born on December 25, 1918 in Orlando, Florida to the late William and Jenny Price.

He is preceded in death by his son Kevin Price.

Alfred was a World War II veteran and accomplished something that very few people have ever done. He was a career service man, who managed to work his way through the enlisted ranks, to warrant officer, after which he obtained a commission and retired as a major in the United States Air Force. His passion was outdoor activities, which included hunting, fishing, and golfing. He Was A Good Man.

Alfred is survived by his loving wife Norma Price of 63 wonderful years; son Jimmy (Sharon) Price; son Michael (Nancy) Price, daughter Patty (Todd) Wilson; son Bobby (Cherie) Price; daughter Kelly (Lonnie) Pendergraft; Grandchildren Christine Reeves, Amy Mager, Ali Greene, Maggie Richards, Johnathon Price, Jenny Latourneau, Stephanie Wilson, Tina Wilson, Melissa Wilson and 10 great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral, 6920 Lone Star Road, on Wednesday December 12, 2007 at 11 a.m., service will be in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow.
