Obituary of Allen Stone

Allen Lankford Stone I (Lanky), 50, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013. Lanky passed away peacefully, with his loving mother by his side. Lanky is a native of Jacksonville, and a lifelong resident. Lanky will be remembered as a caring son, giving father, loyal brother and trusted friend. Lanky's lighthearted nature and joyful spirit will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father Allen L. Stone, and is survived by a son, Lankford, daughter, Sarah, mother, Nancy, sisters, Nora Williams (David), Lora and Margie, niece, Brittany Bryant (Jimbo), great niece, Emma, along with other beloved family and friends. Memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, May 17, 2013 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Heartland Hospice.
