Allene Elizabeth "Beth" Potter, age 73, daughter of George A. and Katie Allene Dean Bunch, who was born, August 9, 1944 in Montgomery, Alabama passed away August 24, 2017 at the McGraw Center for Caring - Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida.

Beth retired from the Duval County School System. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She attended Fort Caroline Baptist Church where she loved hearing Pastor Ricky Powell preach.

Beth was preceded in death parents George and Katie Allene Bunch, brother Robert Cobb, brother in law Charles Ray and granddaughter Kayla Williams

She is survived her husband of 49 years, Grady Potter, three daughters, Kathy Williams (Travis), Kelly Potter (William) and Kristy Potter, two grandchildren, Robert and Karly Williams, two sisters, LeRay McBay (Glen) and Shirley Ray, sister in law Jeannine Cobb, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests for a Visitation 10 to 11am, Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 11 am Tuesday August 29, 2017 in Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Powell officiating.

Interment to follow in Arlington Park Cemetery.
