Obituary of Anna Albert
Anna B. Albert, 58, passed away September 5, 2009. She was born in Douglas, Georgia and graduated from Broxton High School. Anna went on to obtain her Associated of Arts degree from South Georgia University and then her Bachelor's of Science from Valdosta State. She finished her education at Georgia Southern after graduating with her Master's Degree in Education and Counseling. Anna worked for the Duval County School District for 30 years as a Teacher, Guidance Counselor and Admissions Specialist. She was also an active member of her church and enjoyed making jewelry, gardening and fishing. Anna was preceded in death by her husband Al Albert. She leaves many to cherish her memory including her sisters Clara Johnson (Ray), Sue Ellen Nugent (Jerome) and Marie Griner. Anna had a great love for her nieces and nephews Tam Johnson, Kara Cash (James), Jonathan Griner and Jamie Greene and her great nieces and great nephews A.J. McTyre, Haylie McTyre, Jaden Cash and Jesse Cash. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Arlington Park Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, September 9, 2009
