Annie Laura Glover passed away peacefully in her daughter's arms after a long struggle with dementia on August 5th, 2021. She was born on November 14th, 1927 in White Springs FL to Claude Evan Jones and Caroline Vera Jones.

She is predeceased by her husband Elisha Glover, her mother Carrie Jones, her father Claude Jones, her brother Casey Jones, and sister Ada McClurg.

Annie was a graduate of the St Luke's School of Nursing.  She was a dedicated operating room nurse for decades starting at Hope Haven Children's Hospital and later St Luke's Hospital. She left her career to care for her terminally ill husband.  She was a selfless soul who always put others first and never wanted to impose on anyone.

She loved being outdoors fishing and boating with Eddie as well as his hobbies of gunsmithing, restoring cars, boats, and pianos. She also loved gardening, going to state and city parks, watching wildlife, and history.  And she was the best seafood chef!

She leaves behind her daughter Carol Ann Howell, son-in-law (that she loved dearly as her own) Steve E. Howell, and grandson William Rexer (Miranda), and two beautiful grandchildren Charlotte and Isabelle.
