Obituary

Born on May 19, 1935, in Waverly, Illinois, to Thatcher and Verna Gibson; she was preceded in death by both, sister Marie Anderson, brother Thatcher Gibson, Jr., grandson Joseph Foster and husband Harold T Foster. Audrey was a retired elementary school teacher for Duval County schools where she taught at Ft. Caroline Elementary for many years. She had a love of education and teaching others, including teaching Sunday School at Parkwood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Susan Workman, and sons Stephen Foster, David Foster, and Greg Foster and her cherished grandsons, Christopher Bryant, Michael Bryant, and Nicholas Foster; her granddaughters Hannah Foster and Elizabeth Perez; great grandchildren Ezekiel Bryant, Evey Bryant, Scarlett Bryant, Thatcher Bryant; and Camilla Perez; and her sister, Joann Miller.

She loved God, her family, and her country with all her heart. Her faith, strength, kindness, and unwavering love for those around her will never be forgotten.

Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Rest in peace. You will be forever loved and never forgotten. ❤️
