Aulton Malone Brooks, 94, passed away on August 25, 2020. He was born on December 13, 1925, in Turner County, GA, to the late John and Queenie Brooks. He was a retired long-haul truck driver and Brink's driver. Prior to moving to Jacksonville in the early 1950s, he lived in Savannah, GA. Mr. Brooks was a member of First Baptist Church, Jacksonville.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Vivian, as well as 12 siblings. He is survived by his sons Gary (Mary), Ron, and Tim; grandchildren, Daniel, Eric, and Mary Katherine, all of Jacksonville; one sister, Mary Allen (Carlton) of Tallahassee; his brother-in-law, Bruce Merritt (Betty) of Linden; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Rd., on Monday, August 31, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a graveside service at Arlington Park Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Sean Perron officiating.
