Barbara Abbandola, age 90, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2023. She was born on April 2, 1933, Chester, NY to parents Charles and Lela Roloson.

She obtained her high school diploma from Chester High School 1947, graduated from Central School for Practical Nurses in New York City with her LPN in 1958. Married Anthony Abbandola March 5, 1968

Preceded in death by: spouse Anthony, parents Charles and Lela (Hockenberry) Roloson, brother Phillip, sisters Lorna (Roloson) Lounsberry and Marilyn (Roloson) Gott, niece Sandy, nephews David and Gary.

Survived by:  sister Joyce, daughter Jennifer, three grandchildren Patrick May, Erin (May) Moore, Ashley (May) Rabine, 4 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

The family does not have a memorial service planned at this time. We are planning to have a celebration of life closer to her birthday in April.
