Barbara J. Ainsworth age 76 passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 in Jacksonville, FL She was born in Hilliard, Florida. She is prdecease by her two daughters Sheri Farley and Brenda Byrd. Survivors include her husband Phillip Ainsworth; son Joe Hales of Jacksonville, FL Graveside service Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 1 pm in the Arlington Park Cemetery. Friends may make memorials in lieu of flowers to The Greater Jacksonville Foster Parents.
