She was born on November 23, 1933, in Wilmington, NC to her loving parents. Betty's kind and compassionate nature touched the lives of many, and her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Betty exemplified unconditional love and acceptance. She had a heart that knew no bounds, and she embraced everyone she encountered with open arms. A funeral service to honor and celebrate Betty's life will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Visitation will begin at 10 am, followed by the funeral service at 11 am. The ceremony will be a reflection of Betty's unwavering love and the impact she had on the lives she touched.
