Obituary of Beulah Floyd

eulah Viola Floyd, 98, passed away Friday, May 8, 2009. She will be remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and caring friend to all who knew her. Beulah was born November 3, 1910 in Wayne County, Ga., to the late Dorsey and Eliza Cribbs. Her favorite hobbies were sewing, gardening as well as dabbling in real estate. Beulah is survived by her loving husband Cecil Floyd; daughters Betty Block and Glenna Lewis; one grandchild Lewis Hires; sister Pearl Ogden and she will be missed by many special friends. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2009. Interment will follow.
