Beverly Batts Schang, 84, passed away on December 12, 2020. She was born in Ocilla, GA to Chloe Oveda Greene and Ramon Cecil Batts, Sr.  She is survived by daughters, Cheryl Lee (Gary) of Jacksonville, FL & Jackie Bagwell (Dennis) of Pendergrass, GA; brother, Ramon Cecil Batts, Jr. (Mary) of Goldsboro, NC; grandchildren, Laura Ashley, Adam, and Chloe Rogers; her cat, Lucky Boy; and many nieces, nephews and friends. More than anything, Beverly loved being a mother and a grandmother. She was an Andrew Jackson alumni who actively served on multiple reunion committees, was a proud Florida Gator, a gifted gardener, and passionate about discovering her heritage through genealogy. She will be forever missed, but her memory will live on within the hearts of all who knew her.
