Bobby G. Murphy, age 75, of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, passed away quietly at Baptist Medical Center Beaches, on October 13th, 2020 after a brief illness.

He was preceded in death by mother and stepfather, Jeneta M. & Harold L. Smith; his father, Burl Murphy; his brother Billy D. Moore; and his nephew Scott Maroney. Bobby is survived by his sister, Betty M. Dean; nephew, Billy D. Moore II (Gina); & great nephews Ryan & Brandon Moore.

Bobby graduated from Stonewall Jackson Highschool, in Charleston, WV and attended Marshall University, WV. He served in the US Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was employed by CSX Corporation for 32 years.

A private burial will be held November 2nd, 2020, at Arlington Park Cemetery under the direction and care of Arlington Park Funeral Home.
