Bonnie May Church, age 87, daughter of William Lundy and Sally Cook Bolen, who was born, October 18, 1929 in Cole City, W. Virginia passed away February 11, 2017 at the McGraw Center for Caring - Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.

Bonnie was preceded in death by three grandchildren and one son

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Larry Church and
8 daughters, 4 sons and several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren,
great great great Grandchildren and 1 sister.

The family will receive guests for a Visitation 5 to 7PM, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 10AM Friday February 17, 2017 in Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Eddie Watson officiating.
