Brenda Brown was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to everyone she knew. She passed away peacefully on August 6 ^th 2020, at the young age of 67.

Brenda was born in Jacksonville Florida on November 19, 1952. She attended school at Andrew Jackson and church at Calvary Worship Center. Brenda retired after a long career in the banking and mortgage industry.

Brenda will be remembered by her four children; Eric Gumbayan, Erica Gumbayan, Zenaida Carlton and Gabriel Gumbayan; (son in law) Marlin Carlton and (daughter in law) Shayla Gumbayan; six grandchildren: Chelsea, Jaiden, Calix, Neva, Sophia and Hunter; two great grandchildren: Roland and Rocky; her extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband and best friend David Brown of 15 years; Mother, Ruth Collier and Father, Pasco Collier; her two brothers Pat and Mike and her sister Janet.

Family will receive friends for a visitation on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 5pm to 7pm in the Arrington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 10am at Calvary Worship Center, 3266 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216 with Pastor Paul Johnson officiating.
