Bruce Michael Boring, Sr., age 74, son of George and Kathryn Boughman Boring was born, May 27, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland passed away October 11, 2016 at the Brookdale Atrium Way Nursing Home in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bruce was the owner and operator of his own trucking company for 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, taking photo's, playing pool and being with friends and family. He was a devoted husband and father. He was always there to support the ones in loved.

Bruce was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Paulette Boring, Mother Kathryn Boring, Father George Michael Boring, Sister Barbara Dale Moore.

He is survived by his daughter Cindy Wray and his son Bruce Michael Boring Jr. His grandchildren, Renee Neld, James Campbell, and Rachel Wray. His brother-in-law Ralph Beaty Jr and Ray Moore. His sister's-law Jeri Chastain and Frances Hart.

The family will receive guests at a visitation, Monday October 17, 2016, in the funeral home chapel.

A Celebration of Life will begin 11 AM, Monday, October 17, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 with reverend Bill Caverly officiating.

Interment to follow the service in Arlington Park Cemetery.
