Obituary of Caroline Good

Caroline C. Good, 83, entered into rest on February 3, 2012. She is remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Caroline was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. James Crotwell in Leesburg, GA on December 13, 1928. She moved to Jacksonville in 1951. She met the love of her life, Dr. Harry C. Good at Riverside Methodist Church. They married in 1952 and had four beautiful daughters, Lindy Good, Carol (Peter) Brown, Susie (George) Yazgi, and Nancy (Steve) Toman; grandchildren, James (Krista) Brown, Jeremy Brown, Abby Elder, Harry Yazgi, Nora Yazgi, Dillon Toman, and Maggie Toman. She is also survived by her sister, Neal Posey and was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Crotwell. She is preceded in death by her sister, Helen Crotwell. Caroline was a fourth grade teacher for many years, having taught at Ft. Caroline Elementary. She has been a member of Beach United Methodist for twelve years. She adored being surrounded by her family and cherished being able to cook for them. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and babysitting for her grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Beach United Methodist, 325 7th Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250 at 1:00pm with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, family suggests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
