Obituary of Carolyn Ott

Carolyn Ott, 79, entered into rest on April 14, 2013. She is remembered as a loving wife, mother, nana and friend. She was born on June 2, 1933 to the late Henry and Albina Sparadoski in Queens, NY. She moved to Jacksonville with her husband, Robert Ott in 1957. Carolyn was an active member of the Jim Fortuna Senior Center and treasured being surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of nearly 40 years, Robert. She is survived by her children, Kevin (Heather) Ott, Larry Ott, Karen (Mark) Shubin, and Barbie Holmes; grandchildren, Lauren, Danielle, Brandon, and Haley along with numerous friends. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00pm in Arlington Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL. In lieu of flowers, family suggests that donations be made to the Jim Fortuna Senior Center, 11751 McCormick Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
