PHILLIPS, Carrie D., 84, peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Sunday, January 31, 2016. Carrie was the beloved mother to David Phillips (Jan), Donna Wingo (Wayne), and Dayna Baygents (Dana); grandchildren, Matthew Baygents, Jessica Webb, Phoebe Ricard, Charlotte Haralambou, Cheyanne Wingo and Christina Rutkowski; and 8 great-grandchildren (with one more on the way). Carrie is survived by her sister, Audrey Champion. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jesse Phillips. At her request a private graveside service will be held at Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Community Hospice.
