Obituary of Carroll Dallmann

Carroll Norman Dallmann, age 81, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Carroll was born on October 28, 1928 in South Milwaukee, WI to Alfred and Lilian Dallmann. In 1949, he married his lovely wife, Betty. He and his family moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1966. Carroll was deeply devoted to his family. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family. Carroll was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Bonnie Ann. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 wonderful years, Betty Dallmann. He leaves to cherish his memory seven children; Juanita (Frank) Bretthauer, Sandra (Gary) Newman, Keith (Deidre) Dallmann, Dale (Mary Lou) Dallmann, Duane (Carolann) Dallmann, Diane (Roger) Lantroop, and Kathern Dallmann; twenty-four grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a visitation on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 from 10:30a.m. to 12:00p.m., and a funeral service to follow at 12:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Coast Dolphin's swim team, C/O Treasurer, 7726 Spindletree Court, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
