Catherine Anne Baughman "Cathy" was born to Roy and Bette Carkner in Detroit, Michigan on January 29, 1944 and passed away at home peacefully with her family by her side on August 23, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida. Cathy was preceded in death by her sister, Louise, and her brother, Roy.  She was married to David Baughman on January 29, 1994. She was the wonderful mother of Carol Anne Adams (Perry) and Karen Luise Sarten. Step mother of Katie Engel (Josh) and Ben Baughman (Kimmie). Sister of Jill Huff (Larry) and Mary Beth McAtamney (Don). Cathy's grandchildren are Karen Waters (Chris), Cody Adams, Hollie Adams (Kim)  and Angela Robinson (Rayon) Alex, Benjamin, and Luke Engel, Brody  and Konnor Baughman. Great grandmother of Michael ,Julia ,Anna and Layla Waters and Anthony Dotson.
Cathy worked at Omni Video for 25 years before retiring where she made many long lasting friendships. She was a real sports fan, football and baseball were her passion.
