Cathy Cook Smith Found peace on Tuesday 10/27/20 after battling COPD for the past 7 years.

She ardently built a picturesque life, raising a family in Jacksonville Florida with her husband Gary Smith who predeceased her in early 2003.

Cathy lives in in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege to know her.

Cathy  is survived by her Daughters Ashlee and Mandy, her Grandchildren Chandler and Addison, her brother Patrick and her Cousin Mark among many others.

Cathy always made sure she was doing her best by her family, friends and acquaintances.

Though she be but tiny, she is fierce and because of her tenacity in life, her warmth transcends the boundaries of this physical world as she lives on within us all.
