Obituary of Charles Crawford

Charles "Sonny" Eddie Crawford, 74, of Jacksonville passed away on the 27th day of May 2015. Sonny was born in Kingsport, Tennessee on the 5th day of September in 1940. He went to high school until the 11th grade then started working to support his new family. He worked as a Maintenance Engineer for Prudential for more than 30 years. After retirement he returned to work to continue to support his family until he was no longer able to. Sonny dedicated his life to his family.

Sonny is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Joan K. Crawford. They have one son, Eddie G. Crawford, as well as his two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015 at 1:00pm with Pastor Manny Keiser officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Memorial Cemetery.
