Francis, Charles Leo 68 of Jacksonville passed away at the Mayo Clinic on Monday, February 15, 2015. Charles was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville and served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and was the Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club.

Charles is survived by his wife Suzanne, brothers James "Sonny" Francis and nephews Jason Francis(Jessica) and Adam Francis(Christie).

There will be a visitation on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Arlington Park Funeral Home. Interment will be scheduled at a later date at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Disabled Americans Veterans.
