Charles A. Gordon Jr. "Charlie", age 80, of Jacksonville Florida, passed away on April 30 2016. He was born December 1, 1935, in New York, to parents Charles A. Gordon Sr. and Elizabeth M. Gordon. Charles is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judith B. Gordon; daughter, Tamara G. Davis, Jason R. Davis; his sons, Robert A. Gordon & Richard K. Gordon, Candice W. Gordon; his grand-children, Char-Lee A. Hastings & Taylor P. Gordon; Great-Grandson, Kennedy Hastings, sister Sandra G. Williams, his niece, his great-nephew, and a multitude of friends and extended family members. He will be immensely missed by all. Charles was Owner and President of Gordon Plumbing Company for over 50 years. He was the President of The Greater Jacksonville Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Association, served in the Florida National Guard, and taught for the Plumbing Apprenticeship Program for 10 years. Charles was an elected adviser over the National Plumbing Code. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #23, a Scottish Rite, a Shriner, and a member of the Sons of The American Legion.
