Charlotte Lou Ferrell passed away May 21, 2007. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Charlotte was preceded in death by her loving husband, Oscar, Sr. and son, Isaac. She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Wike and Olivia Brumbaugh; sons, Oscar, Jr. and Aaron; brothers, Eugene and Robert Hogan; sisters, Evelyn McLemore and Shirley Corey and 13 beautiful grandchildren.
