Cheryl Jean Elmore of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday August 18, 2019.  She was 64. Cheryl was born on November 3, 1954 in Kittery, Maine. She was preceded in death by; her parents, Ronald and Christine Melendy and her devoted husband, Theodore Thomas Elmore.

She was a loving woman survived by her daughters; Tiffany Elmore and Sandra Johnson (Douglas) and grandchildren Donald Spence, Kevin Spence, Kierra Johnson, ReAnna Spence and Jack Yates. Siblings; Mark Melendy (Theresa), Scott Melendy and Connie Shurtleff.

Cheryl was an outgoing and kind hearted woman.  She welcomed anyone that she came into contact with and shared her love. She made many friends that turned into family. She loved to meet new people, travel and be in the sun, but most of all she enjoyed time with her family. She will be deeply missed.

There will be a graveside service at 12:00 pm, Monday August 26th at the Arlington Park Cemetery.  Cheryl's family will be greeting guests from 10:30 am until the time of the service at the Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, Florida - (904) 724-6384.

There will be a gathering and refreshments following the services at 12044 Arbor Lake Dr, Jacksonville, Florida.
