Cheryl Ann Smith, 57, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones. Cheryl was born in Columbus, OH and moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1973 and worked at Landstar for 24 years. Cheryl loved spending time with her family, friends, and co-workers. She especially enjoyed the Christmas season and was the first to start the annual Christmas countdown.

Cheryl is survived by her husband of 38 years, Steven Smith; daughter Tracie Royer (Brian); son Caleb; her grandchildren Payton and Logan; sisters Dawn Lee (Jim) and Kristine McMillan (Roy); aunt Barbara Baus; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, November 28, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road Jacksonville, Florida 32211. Funeral services will be at 10am on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 6901 Merrill Rd Jacksonville, FL 32277, followed by a procession to Arlington Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
