Clarence Dennis Gibbs, age 80 who was born May 25, 1938 in Pelham, South Carolina passed away February 11, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Gibbs loved watching the history channel on TV, he loved spending time with family and he played the lottery every Wednesday and Saturday. He would walk to the Wal-mart two or three times a week.

Preceded in death by his parents James and Alice Gibbs, his brother Ronald Gibbs and many Aunts and Uncles.

He is survived by his sisters Alice (Midge) Kemp, Linda Guptill and brother-in-law John Guptill; brother  James (Ken)  gibbs  and his wife Jackie Gibbs; great nieces and nephews Chris, Josh, Ben, Kayleigh and Sarah Kemp, and Joe, Kerri, Matt and Rennae Gillespie, Christopher, Katlin, Adyson, Callie and Finley Guptill, James and Emma Ligon. His nephews and two nieces Lee (Deana) mike (Melissa) John (Tina) Kevin Kemp, Scott (Judith) Ronnie(Nathy) brian (Tina) Gibbs. ColleenIngram, Steve (Jennifer)  and Greg Guptill and Lori (Michael) Ligon.
