Claude "Bill" Davis, 85, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2008. He is remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, grand father, great- grandfather and caring friend to all who knew him. Bill was born on May 17, 1923 in Randolph County N.C. to the late Urbie and Bertha Davis. He is preceded in death by his two wives Juanita "Bonnie" Davis and Ruby Price; son William (Billy) Davis. Bill is survived by his children Kyle Davis, June Coggins and Susan White; grandchildren Trey Coggins, Christine "Spider Monkey" Ritter, Derek White, Brent White, Jacob Davis and Ryan Davis; five great- grandchildren; sister Bernice Frazier; sister-in-law Christine Hatton.
