Cynthia Louise Phillips Martin, 55, was peacefully called home to Heaven on May 2, 2019.

Cindy was an accomplished woman, graduating from Terry Parker High School in 1981.  She went to graduate from Jones College with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude, received her Bachelor of Science, and is in the Who's Who among students in American Colleges and Universities.

Cindy loved God, and as a Jacksonville native, she loved the Florida Gators.

She is predeceased by her father, Willard Phillips, Mother, Sara Phillips and a Sister Barbara Phillip Tillman.

She leaves behind a husband of 34 years, Keith Edward Martin, Sister, Patricia Robison, a twin Sister, Sandra Phillips, nephews John and Matt Robison, James Tillman, Justin Martin, nieces, Sarah Robison, Samantha Staley, and Erin Tillman. She also leaves behind many cousins, family and friends.

A service will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home, located at 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32211 (904) 724-6384, on Friday May 17th.  A viewing will be held at 12 noon, followed by a chapel service at 2 PM.  There will be no reception to follow.
