Obituary of Dan White
Dr. Daniel Dan B. White, Sr. graduated to glory with the Lord on June 9, 2008. Born November 19, 1954, he was a long-time pastor in the Jacksonville area, founding Jacksonville Christian Center, and later, Global Impact Ministries, International.
Dan is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Debbie (Burgett), his son Jeremiah, and son Daniel Jr., married to Paula (Ortiz) and their sons, Daniel, III (Tre), Gage and Jason. Also surviving him are his mother, Tina McLeod, three brothers; one sister; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at Global Impact Ministries, 8550 Arlington Expressway. A Memorial Service and Celebration of his life will be held Friday, June 13, at 10 AM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to G.I.M. (Global Impact Ministries). .
