Dana Austin, 87, passed away on March 4th, 2025. He was born on October 19th, 1937 to parents Russell and Leona Austin. Dana graduated from Landon High School in 1956. He went to be a Lance Corporal in the marines from 1956-1966. He was a faithful member of Southside Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa Austin of 56 years, his parents Russell and Leona Austin, and a sister Sylvia.

He is survived by Suzan Machado, Bill and Dan Austin, a sister Sandy Thompson, and a special daughter Cyndi Austin.

A very special person, his Sunday school teacher Ken Hardy, will be speaking during his services. Visitation will be held on March 27th, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm. A service will be held March 28th, 2025 at 11am with a graveside service to follow, all at Arlington Park Funeral Home.
