BOYLES - A Funeral Mass for David Arthur Boyles, 57, will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 14, 2018 , at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father Calonge Lemaine officiating. Born June 23, 1960 in Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. Boyles died Saturday, March 24, 2018 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Mr. Boyles was predeceased by his loving father and mother John Clayton "Jack" Boyles Sr. and Gwenn Bryan Boyles, his uncle John C. Bryan, and his partner, Beverly T. Butler. Survivors include his sister, Jenny Anne Boyles; two brothers, John Clayton Boyles Jr. (Donna) and Michael Albert Boyles; nephews and niece, John Clayton Boyles III, Craig Patrick Boyles, Kevin Randall Boyles, Kenneth Andrew Kempf, and Karen Denise "K.D." Patthey; two aunts, Juliette Bryan Howard (Joseph) and Jennifer Howard, and Bessie Palmer Bryan and Family; many cousins and great nieces and nephews; and his close friend, Danny Stivender. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road . In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Prince of Peace Catholic Church or the Jacksonville Humane Society.
