David Theodore Fowler, 63, passed away peacefully December 10th after his long fight with cancer. He was born January 29,1961 to the parents of Sarah and William Fowler in Jacksonville, FL.

David is preceded is death by his father William Elbert Fowler, his mother Sarah Frances Seymour Fowler, his sister Shirley Fowler and his granddaughter Kierstyn Danielle Fowler-Hager.

David is survived by his sister Linda McDaniel, his sister Carolyn Hays (Mike), his sister Stella Morden, his brother William E Fowler ll (Mary), his sister Rainer Livi, his wife Carol Fowler, his daughter Carol Ann Fowler ll (Derek) his daughter Linda Welk (Sean) his daughter Kellie Fowler, his son David T Fowler ll (Morgan) his daughter Allie Fowler (Charles) his son Josh Williams, his granddaughters Arianna, Samantha, Kaydence, Ariel, Annabella, Rylynn, Melody, KalLeigh and Julianna. Grandsons Michael, Conner, Noah and David lll.

He was an uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was also a bonus dad/papa too so many.

David "Teddy" was a great painter and Carpenter. He could make or fix just about anything you asked him to. He was an avid hunter and loved hunting with friends and family and when running dogs his cb handle was "panty snatcher". That was well known in many places especially Camp Blanding and Marion County. He also loved to fish and was a big food provider for his family. He was a great shot to say the least. He was a great husband, amazing father and the best papa any child could ask for. He had a great close relationship with his family. He will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held Friday December 13th from 6-8pm and service will be held Sunday December 15th at 1 both at Arlington park cemetery 6920 lone star road in Jacksonville, FL
