Obituary of David Jack

David A. Jack, 33, entered into rest on September 7, 2013. He is remembered as a loving father, son, brother and friend. He was born on July 17, 1980 in Santa Clara, CA. David enjoyed trips to the beach with his daughter, Lanie; building and flying model planes and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Ralph. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved daughter, Lanie Jack and her mother Amanda; mother, Diana; brothers, James and Randy; grandmother, Violet; and a host of other extended family and friends. A gathering will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 6-8:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 11:00am at Arlington Park Cemetery with Pastor Chris Garrard officiating.
