David Wallace Palmer's Obituary
David Wallace Palmer, 52 years old, lifetime Jacksonville resident; 3/30/65-11/15/17. He died after a difficult fight with cancer.
He has numerous friends and acquaintances and will be greatly missed. Wallace will be remembered as an excellent and productive meat cutter by vocation. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog Football Fan and loved western movies and television. He was the original "lone wolf".
He was preceded in death by his mother, Holly Wade Palmer and brother, Loren D. Jones.
He is survived by his parents Elliot and Candace Palmer and his fiance Linda Walker, and his siblings: Duane (Ellie) Palmer, Christine (Kevin) Maddox, Desirea (Josh) Cooley, Kittie Palmer, and Royce (Brandy) Palmer. He is survived by an extensive five generation family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held 11am-1pm on 11/19/17 at Arlington Park Funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, Wallace has requested donations be made to local cancer societies, local lung association or charity of choice.
