Mr. Day'quan Ishon Paige, affectionately known as "DayDay," was born on February 13, 2007, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Mr. Michael Felton Sr. and Ms. Pachadgin Alston. On Friday, July 18, 2025, Day'quan passed away in Jacksonville, Florida, surrounded by friends and family.
Day'quan was a loving brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He attended Fort Caroline Middle School, where he participated in extracurricular sports such as football and soccer. Day'quan graduated from Baldwin Middle-Senior High School in 2024. During his time at Baldwin, he was actively involved in various school events, including yearbook, graphic design, soccer, and track.
An avid gamer, Day'quan enjoyed spending time with his family and friends when he was not gaming or playing sports. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Day'quan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Margaret Holmes, and his brother, Kenneth Felton. He is survived by his mother, Ms. Pachadgin Alston, and his father, Mr. Michael Felton Sr.; maternal sisters: Larcresha Williams, Mariah Alston, and Tharaji Riley; paternal brothers: Michael Felton, Thadius Felton, Raynard Felton, Tashawn Owens, and Thomas Felton; paternal sisters: Tiara Felton, Keelyra Bailey, and London Felton; stepfather, Mr. Larry Williams; uncles: Harvey Holmes and Onzlo Holmes I (Keisha); aunts: Sonya Holmes and Michelle Holmes Collins (Maurice Collins); and loving cousins raised closely as brothers and sisters: Keri Collins, On'drea Holmes, Onzlo Holmes II, Kemyra Collins; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will commence at 11:00 a.m. Deacon Andrew Davenport is officiating in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. Interment will be held privately at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211.
