Dennis Michael Harrison , 73, of Jacksonville, Florida, peacefully passed away on March 4, 2021 after a long battle of refusing to give into illness.

Born in Swindon,  England to Kathleeen Harrison and Stanley Harrison , Dennis was a fun loving old Brit who was the life of every party. Everyone he ever encountered would say they will never forget the day they met him because of his spark or a fond memory of humor. Dennis was fiercely passionate about his career in the British Royal Navy where he served honorably for 17 years, from the start he dedicated his life to both his pursuit of  making others happy and his family.

After he retired from the British Royal Navy, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida, Dennis worked many occupations throughout his life in the United States. In 2005, Dennis met his wife Carolyn. Dennis put family first, always, and was a dedicated father. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Harrison and her son Jeffrey Stone and family, children Lee Exton, , Helen Wilson her husband Mark Wilson, William Harrison and his wife Sarah Harrison , Andrew Harrison , his grandchildren Charlie, Jay, Savannah, and Brianna.

Dennis was also passionate about his lottery and enthusiastic jokester. He spent most of his retirement relaxing with his wife Carolyn and playing his lottery. Dennis was predeceased by Stanley Harrison , Kathleen Harrison , and David Stone. He will be missed.
