Dixie Jo Gill, 88, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born to Shirley and Maude George on March 30, 1930.  Dixie moved to Jacksonville area September 1967.

Dixie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 wonderful years, Thomas 'Toby' A. Gill and is survived by daughters; Charlotte Gill and Sharon Kaiser and son-in-law, Joseph G. Kaiser and only granddaughter, Alexandra Charlotte Kaiser.

A Graveside service will be held Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11am in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211 with Chaplin ­­­Larry O'Connell officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Dixie's honor to Community Hospice & Palliative Care, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257
