Dollie Sizemore Lewis, age 87, daughter of Jane Googe, who was born, December 30, 1928 in Nashville, Georgia passed away October 20, 2016 at her home in the care of her family in Jacksonville, Florida.
Dollie was preceded in death by her husband Elmon Lewis and son Ernie Lewis.
She is survived by her Grandchildren; Ronnie and Brian Lewis, Great Grandchildren: Catherine, Elizabeth and Stephanie Lewis.
The family will receive guests for a Visitation 12 noon, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Sheppard's Fold Church of God,5629 Merrill Road Jacksonville, Fl 32277.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Sheppard's Fold Church of God,5698 Nesbitt Lane Jacksonville, Fl 32277 with Pastor Eddie Watson officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 (904) 724-6384.
