Dolores M
Fry
Feb 26, 1931 — Mar 25, 2018
Jacksonville
Dolores Marie Fry, 87, daughter of Rudolph Hernandez and Hazel Snyder, was born on February 26,1931 in Pittsburgh, PA passed away suddenly Sunday, March 25, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Dolores grew up in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to Jacksonville FL. She had a few jobs such as working at the Diana Shop and The Macramé Shop as well as volunteering at The Christ The King School. She was a kind person willing to give a hand wherever needed whether it was cooking, cleaning, baking or taking care of her grand and great grandchildren. She loved to cross stitch, plant in the garden with her husband Harry, tend to her flowers and love on her grand and great grandchildren and pets. She also had a fondness for Walt Disney World and together Harry and Dolores took their family in a pop up camper to Fort Wilderness many, many times from the very opening in November 1971. Family memories of our time spent together with her there are times our family will always treasure. Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph Hernandez and Hazel Snyder and her sister, Helen E Kairis. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Harry H Fry: sisters Hazel E Caputo and Maggie C Gatrell; daughters Karen F Crawford (sp. David M Crawford) and Julie A Amos (sp. Michael R Amos); grandchildren Tammy L Mitchko (sp. Thomas R Mitchko), Leon E Amos and Michael R Amos II; great grandchildren T Cody Mitchko, Braedan A McBeath, Michael R Amos III, Sovanary C Amos and Madden R Amos; and her beloved kitty Mugsy.
