Obituary of Donald Jantzen

Donald Gene Jantzen, 63, of Jacksonville, FL went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2013. He was born on July 10, 1949 in Enid, OK to the late Fred and Josie Jantzen. He graduated from Enid High School in 1967. He joined the Navy in 1970. He retired as an AO Master Chief. He then returned to college at the University of North Florida receiving a Bachelor's degree in Logistics. He loved riding his Harley and spending time in Colorado and in the Rockies. One of his favorite trips was riding his motorcycle to the summit of Rocky Mountain National Park with his wife. Don leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years, Pam (Gates); sons, Sean (Tammy), Brett (Jacquette) and Craig Borenstein of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Jordon, Tiyana, Anthony, Aaron and Mikayla; his precious sister, Esther Brown of Enid, OK; and numerous extended family and friends. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of his life was held on Saturday, March 30, 2013.
