Obituary of Donald Winghart

Donald George Winghart, Sr., "Big Donnie", 69, passed away February 2, 2010. He was a native of Pittsburg, PA and served in the US Navy. Mr. Winghart never met a stranger and was one of the best story tellers known. He was a loving father and grandfather, and he had a strong passion for fine cooking. Big Donnie is survived by a son, Donnie Winghart, Jr. (Celia Craft); daughter, Brandi Stone (Dixon); grandsons, Trenton Winghart and Cody Stone; granddaughter, Kaylee Stone; brother, Jerry Winghart; sister, Anna Marie Layne and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 10am on Friday, February 5, 2010 in the chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home with Darryl Craft, officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 04, 2010 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
