Donna McIntosh Blanchard, 59, went to be with her Lord on Friday September 13, 2019.  Donna was born on September 11, 1960 in Jacksonville, Florida, the daughter of Rudolph and Jacqueline McIntosh.

She is a 1979 of graduate Sandalwood High School and attended Florida State College at Jacksonville.  Donna married Chuck Blanchard on September 9, 2009 in the Great Smoky Mountains. Donna loved music, animals and spending time with Chuck.  She was most proud of her 25 year career as an administrative assistant with the State Attorney's office.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are husband Chuck Blanchard and brother Dr. Daniel McIntosh both of Jacksonville, FL

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm Thursday, September 19, 2019 in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, September 20, 2019 in the chapel with Dr. Timothy McDaniel officiating.  A committal service will immediately follow in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211
