Obituary of Doris Moore

Doris Virginia Moore, 83, passed away at her residence on August 12, 2007.

Doris spent her life helping and caring for others. She stood beside her husband and helped establish and grow Carroll Saw Company. In her later years, she would help her youngest daughter take care of her many animals and enjoying their company. Doris had many talents, but most of all she will be remembered as a woman who lived her life with a big heart, open arms and endless compassion.

Doris is survived by her children Annette Shiver, Jerry Carroll, Alice (Ricky) Taylor, Dale Moore, Pat Parnell; grandchildren Jamie, Travis, Tyler; great grandchild Megan and many adoring extended family. She was preceded in death by her young son John Albert Carroll; husband of 32 years Albert Carroll; husband of 18 years David Moore; siblings Myrtice Ellis, Franklin Cannon, Bonnie Cope.
