Obituary of Dorothy Lins

Dorothy (Dot) Betty Lou Lins, age 82, entered into rest on November 8, 2008. She was resident at 2415 University Blvd N., she was also a faithful member of The Sheppard's Fold Church of God for over 20 years, and enjoyed her retirement after many years of dedicated work. Survivors include two sons, John E. (Faye) Lins and Jack A. Lins, both of Jacksonville; two sisters, Marie Mabry and Pansy (P.K.) Panehal; one brother, Barnbus Alday of Jacksonville; 20 Grandchildren, 22 grand grandchildren, 23 great grand-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 12th from 6-8:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road. Rev. Eddie Watson will officiate the funeral service on Thursday, November 13th at 2:00pm in the chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home and the Anderson's will be singing. Dorothy will be laid to rest in Arlington Park Cemetery immediately following the services.
