Mrs. Dorothy Bryan McClure, 94, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Regents Park Skilled Nursing Facility.

Mrs. McClure was born February 28, 1921 in Arlington, Florida and has lived in Florida all her life. Dorothy began a career in transportation by driving a city bus during WWII. After the war, she began driving a school bus, eventually becoming a school bus contractor with five school buses. She loved meeting and transporting school children, school teams, civic organizations, scouting and church groups. After retirement in the 1980's, she and her husband traveled the country in their RV for many years. Mrs. McClure was a long time member of Arlington Memorial Methodist Church.

Dorothy was predeceased by eight siblings and by her husband of 64 years, Cecil S. McClure. She is survived by her sons, William McClure (Janice) of Jacksonville, Florida and Cecil Clyde McClure(Brenda) of Mexico; granddaughters, Amy McClure Sears(Donnie) and Molly McClure Johnson (James Kelly), both of Jacksonville, Florida, Diane McClure Reid and Laura McClure Poole, (Cory) all of Atlanta, Georgia; six great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; as well as one sister, Lillian B. Krauss of Lake Butler, Florida along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6-8 PM, Friday, November 6, 2015 at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will begin 10 AM, Saturday, November 7, 2015 in the Arlington Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Carl Romey officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the Arlington Park Cemetery.
