Obituary of Edward Labreche
Mr. Edward Joseph Labreche, 86, entered into rest on January 17, 2011. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Mr. Labreche was born to the late, Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Bertha Labreche in Fall River, Massachusetts. He joined the US Marine Corps in 1942 and served in the South Pacific during WWII. He then became a manufacturer's representative in the marine industry, representing such national companies as Fiberglass Evercoat, Chris Craft and McKee, among others. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an automobile buff, having owned a large number of cars during his lifetime as well as several boats and airplanes. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 34 beautiful years, Ana Maria Labreche; daughter, Deanna (Michael) Haughey; son, Miguel (Monica) Figueroa; grandchildren, Michael (fiance, Monica) and Christen Figueroa; sister, Lucille Maynard; nephews, Brian and Mark Maynard and many friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, TODAY, January 19, 2011 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, Jacksonville, Florida, from 6-8:00pm. Mr. Labreche's funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
