Obituary of Edward Trussell

Trussell, Edward Griffith "Griff", 83 of Lehigh Acres, beloved husband of Diane, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 24th 2015.

Griff was born in Owings Mills, Maryland in 1932. He served honorably in the Marine Corps during the Korean War, and was a Life Member at Large of the VFW Post 14000 and supporter of VFW Post 4174 in Lehigh Acres, where he had many wonderful friends.

Griff is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diane, two daughters, Beth Trussell and Gail Solis(Javier), four grandchildren, Kristina and Antonio Solis and Amy and Becky Trussell, two great grandchildren, Raven and Hayden, his beloved nephew, Richard Trussell, who was like a son, Rick's wife Mary Ann and grand niece Sarah and three nieces, Sue, Judy and Jennifer.

Griff was predeceased by his parents, Vowell and Virginia Trussell, two brothers Tom and Bill and a sister Virginia Brian and also a cherished nephew, Bruce Trussell.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date with time and location to be announced. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite military service organization
